Send SMS 2.0 (Mac OS X)
It took me just about 30 minutes to make use of this this product (from the first download via purchasing until the first sent SMS). This time includes an inquiry to tech support and their very prompt response. The widget and Address Book plug-in work without a problem for me and pricing is reasonable. Very satisfied so far! PopChar X 3.0fc1 (Mac OS X)
... at least in all our tests. If you find any problems with PopChar, please send a detailed error report to popchar-support@ergonis.com. We will then do our best to help you and sort out the problem. Anonymous vague error reports here do not enable us to help you. Thank you. ergonis software [alert admin]

KeyCue 2.0 (Mac OS X)
Problems with KeyCue 2.0 fixed
Thanks to everyone who contacted our technical support. We have been able to track down a compatibility issue between KeyCue and FruitMenu and have fixed it in version 2.0.1. Besides that we could fix a couple of other problems. In case you notice any problem in version 2.0.1, please send your bug report to keycue-support@macility.com. This is the only way you can contribute to get the problem fixed ASAP. An anonymous review here at Versiontracker doesn't enable us to track down and fix the problem. We therefore highly encourage you to send us your feedback. We love to hear back from you and answer every inquiry as fast and thorough as possible - and as you can see, if possible, we even provide fixed versions in a reasonable time frame. Thanks for your continued support! ergonis software [alert admin]

KeyCue 1.0 (Mac OS X)
KeyCue works fine on OSX 10.3.4.
Prompt and thorough customer service is one of the things our customers love us for. In fact, we try to answer every single support question within 24 hours. Razzledazzle, if you didn't get an answer, then either we didn't get your mail, or our answer was filtered out by your spam filter. Please send your request again to keycue-support@macility.com, send a CC to macility@mac.com (maybe we get this one) and you will see that we will promptly come back to you and will help you - KeyCue works fine on OSX 10.3.4. --- macility customer service [alert admin]

KeyCue 1.0b2 (Mac OS X)
Frederico, more serious please!
a) KeyCue is just a piece of software, not a miracle. Of course it can only show menu shortcuts that are available, not ones that are hidden. BTW, KeyCue does not contain premade lists of shortcuts. It rather scans the currently available menu items of the current application and thus dynamically adapts to both the application in use and the current situation. b) We had several thousand downloads during the first few days and received not a single bug report mentioning above behavior. If you really encounter a problem, it would be helpful if you would report this to keycue-support@macility.com. Should the problem be related to KeyCue, we will be happy to work with you to solve it. Thanks. ergonis software. [alert admin]

Dear PeterPica, we have got any user reports about such problems. Maybe it is some kind of incompatibility with any other software you have installed on your machine. If you would be so kind to report these problems to our technical support in detail, we might be able to help you. Thanks! ergonis software
