jFileCrypt 0.2.0 (Mac OS X)
when attempting to decrypt the folder of documents in the zip file, it just spit out a seemingly endless number of error meessages which I could only stop after using force quit. And that didn't stop it immediately. I required numerous attempts to kill the actions of the app. Don't trust anything important to this app's encryption if you ever want it decrypted. [alert admin]

QPict 7.0pr6 (Mac OS X)
It handled over a gig of various media files...indexed, thumbnails, etc., with speed. Clean layout. I will continue to try it out for the remaining 20-day trial period to see if any problems present themselves. So far, the only glitch I noticed is that the list view doesn't appaear to work...it looks identical to the thumbnail view. [alert admin]
