I have used this app for over 2 years and I would find life much more difficult without it since I monitor quite a number of email accounts for clients, some which require immediate attention. This allows me to know which one has a new incoming email at a glance. This developer had a update for the Snow Leopard 10.6.1 update on the same day as release, and responded to my support email within minutes. [alert admin]

Domainer 1.6 (Mac OS X)

Excellent Developer Support  

I found an issue this morning with the new release and submitted a report to the developer, who replied within 10 minutes (WOW!) with a beta release for me to try, and it resolved the problem. Hopefully the final will be posted shortly. Kudos to anyone who can provide that kind of support. As for the product itself, it is a big timesaver for me as I have many domains to track and the fact that it adds an item to iCal of an domain expiration is worth it for me. [alert admin]

Serene Saver 2 HD 2.0 (Mac OS X)

Nice update and responsive support  

I've used this since version 1.x and the 2.0 update is quite nice (on a 30 Apple display with G5). It makes working inside not quite so mundane. I definitely like the fact that you can adjust the sound and CPU usage vs. image quality. The developer answered right away when I asked a question. [alert admin]
