Schreiben 5.5 (Mac OS X)

OK, but

I Love this app, but haven't been able to update it since version 5.0. I know if I download this version here and replace my 5.0 version with this, it will take it bake to trial. [alert admin]

Sandvox 1.6.4 (Mac OS X)

Not here

Too bloated and a complicated UI. Wasn't Karelia Software bought out by Sun? [alert admin]

Is this that new male enhancement I've been hearing about, well I really didn't hear about it because I've had this really bad ringing in my ears for 17 years. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.6 (Mac OS X)

Finally

OK, got everything working just fine now. It took a few days to get out the bugs, reinstall printer/scanner driver, played with Apple mail not being able to send, reinstall iWow, not need to see if Norton anti-virus will reinstall. It was a pain in the A$$ at first and I reverted back to Leopard, but gave it a second try and hunted down the glitches. My brother did a clean install and had no problems. I on the other hand have at least a hundred pirated apps, including this upgrade. So sue me, I have nothing to live for, nothing to loose, and I fear nothing, so have at it. The only way to deal with a Barbarian, is to hide. This really is an awesome upgrade. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.6 (Mac OS X)

APPLE!!! WTF!!! Over

This has got the be the largest business product screw up EVER. I installed this piece of crap, and Apple Mail stopped sending, Thunderbird would not work either but Entourage and Eudora worked. I don't use those. I tried ALL the fixes, workarounds and tips. The Speed download 5.2.2 stopped working, so I deleted it and all it's files, still the Safari and Firefox browser downloads did not work, would not even try to work. The new Quicktime icon in the dock was OK, and the effects from holding down on a dock icon was OK. But it's clear that 10.6 is still in stage 1 beta. It's not even close to being ready for the public. Does Apple test their software before sending it out into the wild, or do they use the public as lab rats. I've been a Mac user from day one, and never even tried a PC, but I'm starting to look into it. Apple has been putting out crap for awhile now. I always trusted them in the past, but now I do a SuperDuper smart clone once a month at least, and always before any software updates or upgrades. I was ready this time and went right back to Leopard 10.5.8, and this is where I'm staying. I MIGHT give snow leopard a try again after it reaches 10.6.9, and ALL the developers get there products to work with it. If you want to try this turd, make sure you have a fresh external or separate HD bootable complete clone just before installing, seriously. I know a hand full of people will "claim" they have no problem with it, but the majority 99% do. [alert admin]

Easy Translator 3.4 (Mac OS X)

Why ???

Why would you buy a Translator that doesn't work. None of them do. The best is iGoogle.com you can recheck to see if it's correct and it's FREEEEEEEEEEEEE. It has every language too. So all the translators are out of business, made something that works. A stand alone translator will NEVER EVER work. You're being fooled. [alert admin]

MovieSherlock 1.6.0 (Mac OS X)

Duh

That's why we use the Add on Plugin for FireFox "DownloadHelper" couldn't be easier. Then use QuickTime or what ever to save as or convert. There are a few applications that are solid and work well with Safari and FireFox. [alert admin]

Symantec NAV/SAV virus def June 17 (Mac OS X)

Thanks

3 def updates in 3 days, must be an attack from China, North Korea, or Dick Anthrax Chaney. Thanks for keeping up with it. You guys really did a great job bringing about a solid, non-bogging anti-virus app for the mac. How about bringing back Norton utilities. I miss that with it's awesome defrag. I bought iDefrag, but I don't trust it. [alert admin]

ummm no, my movie folder is right there

Your comment is a year after mine and a few beta steps down the line. I Love this app, but I won't use it until it works. The guy almost acts like he could care less about it, too bad, I would pay for this, actually I wouldn't, but it's worth stealing.

wow... what on earth went wrong?

I tried to warn everyone, put just kept getting shot down. You should have used SuperDuper in Smart backup, with the backup all files. It gives you a true bootable clone. Next time read the negative comments. I never read the positive ones, because they might be not true.

Wow

We don't care about your websites that you use this forum to attract traffic to them. You don't like Adobe applications but you like Karelia Software, well, that says it all right there, you're an idiot.

WTF over

I know he is an a$$, just acting like he is the only one that has a ringing in the ears, maybe if he had a real illness he wouldn't be such a wimp. I've had the ringing for 17 years or more, and never asked the doctor about it, because real men can handle the small stuff.

Opera 10 install in Snow Leopard

Yeah, do what I did, had a fresh clone of Leopard 10.5.8 and reverted bad to it. Snow Leopard won't be ready until version 10.6.9, and then the developers should have caught up with their 3rd party apps. This includes the ISP's where as Apple mail won't send.
