RecoverTrasher 1.4 (Mac OS X)

google search is better than apple's

One or more Recovered Files folder may appear in your Trash after restarting your computer. The recovered files are temporary files used by Mac OS X applications. Usually temporary files are deleted by an application when it no longer needs them. If an application quits unexpectedly, the temporary files may not get deleted by the application. When you restart your computer, Mac OS X moves these temporary files to the Trash. You can retrieve useful files by dragging them out of the Trash. In most cases, however, the temporary files are not important and it is safe to empty your Trash. Check with the manufacturer of the application if you are not sure. [alert admin]

Spanning Sync 1.2 (Mac OS X)

works flawlessly

I've been using Spanning Sync since beta, and it's been awesome. So awesome in fact, I barely even have to think about it. Except for right now when I just got notice that my subscription was about to expire (you can buy it outright too), and I instantly clicked the link to pay for it. It's rare that I'm moved to give away money like this, so I had to come to VT right now and give it a review. Great job guys! p.s. If you're an RSS addict like me, but sure to subscribe to the Spanning Sync blog so you get up-to-date info. [alert admin]
