This app makes it so easy to manage your netflix account. I'm hooked on it. Sometimes things have "broken" when Netflix changes the way things are done (like searching), but the developer is quite responsive with the updates. Highly recommended. [alert admin]

MaxBulk Mailer 5.6.4 (Mac OS X)
It was pretty easy to figure out, without going to any documentation. I had a list of 4,000 email addresses I wanted to send to, with some photos, and it was easy to write up my email, add photos, import the email addresses, and send. The best part was that is worked flawlessly with my EIMS email server. I tried another program which was cheaper, but didn't work well with my email server and had a hard time incorporating jpgs into my email. I recommend MaxBulk Mailer for OSX. [alert admin]

My company has been a Big Business user for many, many years now - Client/Server version with 10 users. I've gone through many versions of this program as it's been updated over the years. Granted, the UI is not what we would all like. Beyond that... 1) The tech support is awesome! 2) I've suggested numerous feature requests which have been incorporated, making my life easier. 3) BB regularly puts out updates, fixing problems and adding features. 4) It's simple enough to run and support that I can do it. 5) For a client/server program, the price is great. There was absolutely nothing close when we first got started with it. 6) Did I say tech support was awesome? It is. Try getting a two hour (or less) turnaround tech support phone call from Quicken.
