I asked for support for importing data from "The Serial Keeper". TSK is a great application, but it has been discontinued, and is no longer available. Jon was extremely responsive regarding my request. I am now a LicenseKeeper user! [alert admin]

Symantec Norton AntiVirus 11.0 (Mac OS X)
Tech Support for the Mac platform is non existent
Norton Antivirus broke. I uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail. Contacted "Instant Online Chat". No one there knew anything about the Mac platform. E mailed Tech support. No answer. Apparently Tech Support for the Mac platform is non existent. [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 4.1 (Mac OS X)
I have had this program since version 2. It's been an on/off relationship. It would work, then it would break. Version 4.1 works once again. I was even able to copy a disk that DVD Fab Platinum (PC) was not able to copy & play. Thus I give this version 5 stars. [alert admin]

Ran disk tools repair permissions, then I ran the update on a second mac. Ran repair disk permissions; The same Warning: SUID file... modified... unable to repair. [alert admin]

Any body home? YES, they are home.
I was told that there was a problem with their mail server, and that they did not receive my first email. Their response was very satisfactory, so much so that I give their customer service five stars. Great application as well!
