AntiRSI 2.1 (Mac OS X)

Does what it says on the label

As others have said: unobtrusive, but handy. About the only flaw I could find, if you call it that, is that the "Help" item "AntiRSI Help" doesn't do anything. [alert admin]

MenuCalendarClock for iCal 3.1.6 (Mac OS X)

Should have been part of Mac OS X from the start

This application becomes so dispensable that I can feel that it's missing when I find myself working on a computer where it isn't installed. So simple, so well integrated into my personal Mac OS X experience that Apple should acquire it and add it to the product. [alert admin]

Menu Master 1.4.3b2 (Mac OS X)

HOLY CRUD, that's annoying!

Latest update of the otherwise-useful Menu Master Haxie introduced a REALLY stupid feature called "Silly Menu Animations" that is controlled by a checkbox on the Application Settings tab of the Menu Master Preference Pane. It is turned on by default and renders menus nearly unusable due to hugely distracting animated backgrounds. This checkbox *may not appear* until you perform the upgrade *twice*. This is why there are so many Unsanity-haters out there: pulling stupid stunts like this that ultimately punish their customers. Sheesh! That said, Menu Master is highly useful for deciding how _I_ want to use my Mac. [alert admin]

A-Dock 3.0 (Mac OS 9)

It's fine, It's free, but it says otherwise :-)

At the top of the control panel, it says "v3.0/Freeware" In the text of the Info tab of the control panel, it says: "Please note that A-Dock is not a ree product" Other than that, it's a very fine piece of software that makes useful my Mac OS X- and Windows XP-induced habit of slamming the mouse down to the bottom of the screen to see what's running and to switch apps. Very nicely done, Jérome! [alert admin]

CocoaMySQL 0.5 (Mac OS X)

Used to trust it, but...

... It returned bogus data today, including showing identical values for the primary key for a couple of rows, which persisted across multiple quits and restarts. It has definitely been my favorite tool 'til now, but if it doesn't return accurate data, I'm not sure I can trust it. [alert admin]

Every iTunes Version More Buggy than the Previous.

If you have a complaint about iTunes, this is a fine place to make it. Describe your problems with iTunes. Tell how it didn't install, didn't run, wouldn't play, etc. If you have a gripe with Apple, find another place to make it instead of spamming this otherwise useful place.
