Support is not good  

I actually think this is a very good application. It does almost everything it claims. It is stable and has some very good features. My issue is that the support is bad. I had been in touch with the customer support (writer) who brushed me and my issue off and I have not seen a new version since... well look for your self... a year and a half. If you plan to use this application professionally, I advice you consider some of the other apps out there. Oh, I would also like to mention I feel I was ripped off due to the high price. these other apps only cost 1/4 of what this one charges. I thought I was going to get more for my buck, but I was fooled. [alert admin]
