OsiriX 2.6 (Mac OS X)

Brilliant!

I have just started using this brilliant software and I continue to be amazed about the advanced funtionalities. I take my hat off to the developers. Both GE and Philips work with DICOM embedded "private tags" that allow quantification in their workstations (which cost a small fortune by the way). As a sonographer I would like to see more quantification functions for the 3D volumes (echo) as well as for contrast enhanced US (radiology) in Osirix. More exactly 17 segment wall motion scoring and ROI wash-in/out curves for CEUS. I hereby send my wish-list to Santa.... :) [alert admin]

Oddity is...

You´re right that this is a software for medical use, but it also supports transfer of datasets to ipods. Thats probably why you´ll find it under ipod utilities. Hows the beach by the way? :)
