Frontremote 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Works great with my w800i, even after 10.4.7 update!

Now I don't have to worry if I forget Apple's remote on the road. [alert admin]

syncOtunes 0.95 (Mac OS X)

Playlists?

there's a lot of talk about the library and song lists, but: will this sync playlists? The reason I ask is: I would like to sync only songs from a few specific playlists on my main Mac. Is this possible with syncOtunes? Thanks! [alert admin]

Mail2iCal 1.3 (Mac OS X)

.app opens OS 9?

Hi, I'm trying to get both this script and Mail2iCalToDo working, but they both download as a .app and whether I trigger them from the Applescript menu or I doubleclick them myself, they try to open the Classic environment. Is there something I need to do to the script? I also tried opening it in the Script Editor, but it looks like they don't open as a proper applescript so I couldn't work with it in there. Any help is much appreciated! [alert admin]

FeedMailer 0.5 (Mac OS X)

Sweet app, but..

Awesome app, I wish NNW had this function just built in. I think it would be easier if there was some way to set a preference/option so the feed is automatically sent over to a Mail message, instead of having to make an extra stop in FeedMailer every time. Still a sweet app though, grab it! [alert admin]

iChatter 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Request: Status Messages

Oh yea, any chance you could add a pull-down for status messages, kinda like what the menu extra does? That'd be super! [alert admin]

iChatter 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Great idea. Implimentation needs work

Awesome widget! One of the most useful I've seen so far. However, it's a bit bloated. The border and giant title are pretty useless and take up a lot of Dashboard room. Could you consider slimming it down? [alert admin]

iAlert 2.3 (Mac OS X)

Sweet app, I love it! But..

LOVE the app, I seriously dig the idea of a system wide notification like this. OS's should've incorporated something like this YEARS ago. iAlert works great so far, but I have one request: there's support for plugins, but where are the plugins? I can't find any here on VT, and the dev's page doesn't list any. Ideas anyone? [alert admin]

K2Dock 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Perfect!

This does EXACTLY what I want; I simply want to switch between two dock setups cuz I use LaunchBar for most of my app and file use, so I have a completely empty dock so at a glance I can see what's running. But this program's perfect; it has no graphical interface, you literally run it and it swaps between two docks that you set up to your liking. Nothing to quit, nothing to config. Works flawlessly! iPhoto Override 4.0.2 (Mac OS X)

Phenominal

Just downloaded and set up my first library other than my default. Works flawlessly, I've bounced between libraries many times while testing it and have had no problems whatsoever. Very well done, incredible software, I'm donating! [alert admin]

I am dumb

Ben the idea behind this is you can use this widget instead of keeping your buddy list on the desktop taking up space. Some users are very interested in maximizing the amount of desktop space they have at their disposal. Having one more thing like their available contacts at the touch of a hotkey or flick of the mouse (if you tie Dashboard to a corner in System Preferences) is pretty handy.
