Xerver Free Web Server 4.15 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

OS X has a full Apache web server built in, has PHP built in, SQL is easy to install. You can use any language for cgi scripting including Perl and Python, which are both built in. I fail to see the point of writing another web server. [alert admin]
