ProfCast 1.2.5 (Mac OS X)
I am constantly surprised by how quickly David responds to support issues. I reported one tonight, and SHAZAM! he responded within 2 minutes. There have been some issues with podcast publishing, but 1.2.5 seems to have cleared them up. It saves me SOOO much time over recording audio in one app, then saving slides into files, and building the XML file for Chapter Tool! [alert admin]

Comictastic 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)
I am getting a crash on login if I have Comictastic set up as a login/startup item and have the "Hide" box checked. Jan (the developer) has been very responsive on this, and we tested it for a while before I discovered the problem with hiding. I expect a fix soon, based on Jan's responsiveness. [alert admin]

Wordsmith doesn't work with Mac's 10.4 "Tiger"
Here's the reply I got after emailing them a detailed message. Their fix didn't work completely. The WSConduit.pkg file does not install properly. Thanks for your message. It may be that the conduit and program isn't properly installed. We have heard from Tiger OS users that the current WordSmith installer doesn't work as it should. Open the WordSmith.dmg.gz file and you should then be able to open the WordSmith.dmg file. Once the WordSmith.dmg is mounted you…
