On first launch after install: Internal Error. As usual, I will wait for the 9.1 Patch. [alert admin]

For me, TNG 6.2 is the Best Web Solution for genealogy. I had no idea that such a software existed. Moreover, the support and documentation are absolutely great. I work with the French package and I am impressed with the results. You may use a different desktop software to build your family tree locally and generate a gedcom file, but if you also want to build a fast and dynamic website, TNG is the way to go. [alert admin]

I discovered this app by chance in an Apple forum. AB Transfer did a fantastic job for me. My client sent me an Excel doc (.xls) containing 325 rows of members' infos. I had to extract the names and email addresses only for each, in order to create a Group in Address Book for mass mailing purposes. First I exported the Excel doc to a tab-delimited text file. Then, with AB Transfer I was able to import the required fields only and create the Group flawlessly in less than 5 minutes! Probably saved me 3 days of manual unbillable work (with typos). This software should sell for $20 US, no less, and the developper is very responsive. Very Mac-intuitive ease of use. Normand Lepine (Montreal) [alert admin]

Adobe GoLive 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
How come VersionTracker indicates 3,786 downloads of 'this" version when it's not available for download on Adobe Website. "Backorder" it says. Jeez! [alert admin]

Adobe PageMaker 7.0.1 (Mac OS 9)
"solution" for the buggy updater from Adobe: reinstall PM 7.0 with extensions off and then run the updater with the extensions off again. Including my waiting on the phone, the update took me approximately 2 hours to accomplish. Obviously, nobody properly tested this updater. [alert admin]

live under the monopolistic regime of Microsoft and struggle every day with Windoze Office Suite.Well, guess what? I serve them flawlesly with AppleWorks. It is beyond me why Mac users are not overwhelmingly working with AppleWorks (OS X). Some say that in today's business world it's Office or nothing. Wrong, wrong, wrong! [alert admin]

The Adobe website option does not mention 10.5.4... (it stops at 3).
