InerTrak 3.0 (Mac OS X)

What's New in v3.0

Not listed here, not listed on the developer's website, but found this in the readme file. New Features in version 3.0: The InerTrak ES edition, which allows users of the InerTrak standard edition on a local network to upload and merge their data. Users of the Inertron Software's PicoTrak for PalmOS can merge their PicoTrak data into their InerTrak data. An option to allow one-click switching from timing one project to timing another. Under the "Help" menu, an item to automatically check to see if a new version is available. The Customize page has been moved under the Preferences tab. [alert admin]

File List 1.2 (Mac OS X)

Nice Program

Does what it says, quite well. It's an odd program though - no dock icon, no menu bar menus, can't be hidden - what kind of program is it? [alert admin]

Default Folder X 2.0.2b4 (Mac OS X)

Pricing

While I agree with some comments that $35 is a lot for this program, I have had it for quite a while (since OS9 days) and the last time any fee was required was when 10.2 came out. We have had 10.3 and 10.4 come out since then, and there has been no charge for upgrades, nor for any of the features added since then. The developer is responsive and does not let the software stagnate. When I consider these facts, $35 doesn't seem like so much after all. [alert admin]

Default Folder X 1.9.7b1 (Mac OS X)

Why not in Bold?

Default Folder is one of the best pieces of shareware, so why doesn't it get bolded and highlighted in blue on the VT lists? [alert admin]

VersionTracker Pro 3.0.3 (Mac OS X)

Macabinet

The application Macabinet does not ever appear in VTPro, and if I add it manually the next time I do an "update" it is automatically removed from the list. This makes me wonder what else VTPro is not picking up? [alert admin]

Macabinet 1.5.2 (Mac OS X)

Great Program

This program is perfect for keeping clutter off your desktop. Would be even better if the drawer were resizeable... [alert admin]

Menu Calendar 1.5 (Mac OS X)

Version 1.6

Version 1.6 is now avaliable. Downloaded it and promptly went back to 1.5. I am not sure why they changed the calendar icon and the calendar date font size, but I much prefer the appearance of 1.5. They also need to have an option to check for updates so it is not always enabled. I like this little program and would gladly pay $5 for it if they would change a few things. [alert admin]

Has anybody tried this with Tiger?

I tried it on 10.4, and everything seems to be working correctly so far.
