Web Page Maker 2.0 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
It might not seem like it but this is one great web page builder. I use it to construct and compile optimized graphical content prior to export to FP2003 or Dreamweaver for final coding and assembly. It has become an essential tool because it has a great style editor for hyperlink styles and it is far better than using templates. It is clean, the results are excellant and the pages are very fast as a result of adding WPM into the chain of events for building sites. Personally I think it is so simple, that it is perfectly effective. [alert admin]
