Unable to get major features to work

I have been having major problems with the drop box feature. This feature is suppose to work with photos and movies already converted to a suitable format. Photos are not synced at all, and movies are sent to a location that means they are not listed as movies buy the PSP. This might have something to do with the fact that the PSPWare software has a drop box that allows you to select the version of the software sunning on your PSP. It has option for version 1 and version 2, but my PSP is running version 3. I have submitted many requests for support, but I have received no response. I feel I have wasted my registration fee and would not recommend registering this software. [alert admin]
