Acquisition 127.1 (Mac OS X)
This is the best program for using client-sharing networks. I recieved my code over a year ago and still recieve free updates. Works well, and has one of the most Mac-like interfaces for a third-party program. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! [alert admin]

Final Excuse Pro 1.3.1 (Mac OS X)
I remember making a BASIC program my freshman year of high school that did a better job than this one does. The functionality of the program is fine, but the output is not. The language is awful. [alert admin]

shivering kittens 1.3 (Mac OS X)
Let's just start by saying this isn't for men. Clearly, it's more of a grandma-game. It's serious flaws are a lack of Mac OS conventions (Comand-Q doesn't quit the game, lack of a very mac-like interface). However, it's adorably cute. And the cats go "meow" every time you rescue them. I found the instructions difficult to follow. Despite this, it's actually a fun game to play once you figure out what to do. [alert admin]

This is by far the best auction utility for mac. It could use a more streamlined interface. [alert admin]

Blackmagic DeckLink 4.4.3 (Mac OS X)
If you're looking for a video capture card, you've found it. Decklink makes the best video cards on any platform. They work best on Macs with Final Cut Pro, and are fantastic. You can trust me, I've been doing desktop video for the last 12 years. Please see my company's web site www.cbs4boston.com [alert admin]

Illumination 1.0 (Mac OS X)
It's a good start, but indexing volumes is too slow and searches should be much faster. If you want the features this product offers try DiskCatalogMaker X. [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
What about Carbon Copy Cloner?
Why buy this? Can Carbon Copy Cloner dupe DVDs? [alert admin]

MacCaption 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)
You're missing the point if you think this is a video encoder. It's a closed-captioning encoder. Closed captioning allows the hearing-impared to see a text subtitle in an NTSC TV signal. (The closed caption bar signals are encoded in the top portion of an NTSC image that isn't usually seen in consumer TV sets). And the prices aren't terribly unreasonable when you consider that every TV station in the US is required by law to display closed-captioning. [alert admin]

Postfix Enabler for Panther 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
I love this thing. It keeps getting better and better. And the continuous streams of updates always add great new features. I love the new SSL setup. Worth the $10 just to have a quick glance at all your mail setting without digging through your /etc/postfix/access hash and /etc/postfix/main.cf

I strongly recommend newbie users to backup their postfix directory contents. If you don't know how to do this, don't download or use this software.

To the developer: Please include support for RBL servers. [alert admin]

Is it only iChat? How about apps like Delicious Library? ![]()

I do use iChatUSBCam with an Apple iSight and Delicous Library (on an "unsupported" iMac). I can't confirm that non-Apple (or USB) cameras will work.

Yeah, but you didn't give directions on how to set up IMAP or POP3 daemons. Nor SSL, nor alias maps, nor package any of these things in a Mac-friendly interface. It's worth the $10 just to have easy access to these things without having to stumble around in my main.cf files or compiling IMAP.
