Sadly, yes...

Yes, there are people still using dial-up. There is nothing else available in my area, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with that problem. As for this software, the "speed up" is worthless. It does not make your dial-up any faster, or if it does it's not so that you'd notice it. [alert admin]

Why don't people just use Firfox? You can "delete all information stored while browsing" at the touch of a button. Why would a browser not have that option? [alert admin]
