First you can contact the support from the main menu of MovieGate. Secondly, you must select the iMovie project file, it's written in the English and French manual of MovieGate. Concerning the bug with the chapter marker, I will fix it in the next release. If you want more information, you can visit www.moviegate.net

Please check your options in Stuffit. Stuffit must dearchive on the same folder as the source, if not, the installer of MovieGate cannot find the files et display an error Timeout. You can also download the different tools manually and install it in the /Library/Application Support/MovieGate folder. You must have mplayer, mpeg2enc and mp2enc, use the same link as the installer, MG check version and size of open source tools !!! Thanks
