I bought AHP mainly to record NPR programs when I was away, and that alone was well worth the cost. With podcasts now available for most of those, I use it less for that purpose. However, as I've begun preparing to create my own podcast series, I've found how to use AHP to record my Skype calls on separate tracks. With a caller's cough or my dog barking now isolated, I can edit easily. For audio processing, AHP has plenty of fx and tools that well meet the needs of most users. When problems come up, as they inevitably will (especially in the wake of security updates, OS transitions, etc.), I've found AHP's crew fast, friendly, and always effective. Their responsiveness easily overrides any concerns about the occasional glitch. Freakin' brilliant. Keep on dividing, amoebas. [alert admin]
