Good Tool  

I could not find the make of the DVD writer anywhere on my PC or from the makers of my PC. I downloaded 2 other info tools and this program was the only one that could find the info I needed. I haven't used all the features, but they do appear as though they will be helpful (i.e.find lost passwords). [alert admin]

Maybe an advanced PC user would like this; it is secure..  

Unless you are a PC expert and want to spend all your time enabling Xcontrols,cookies etc..I would not recommend this product. It definnitely is secure! PROBLEM; too secure. Once I installed xpy I could not get any pages to display in IE. I was looking up some info in encarta; I would enable a page then the next page would be blocked and so on. WORST; it did not show up in my add/remove programs or have an uninstall feature built in. Thankfully my system restore worked and saved the day. **If you are still considering downloading this please create a restore point in system restore (even if your an advanced user). [alert admin]
