The swiss knife of audio conversion 
It is true that the best things in life are free! Max is an outstanding program that converts audio to a great number of formats, it uses the best encoders too. Every time I want to be sure I get the best quality from a cd that is not in the best condition and convert to mp3 (lame 256kps) or a loosles format, Max is the way to go. The interface could be prettier and tagging still has some bugs, but I am sure this is just the beginning for something big. Congratulations to the developer, keep the good work! [alert admin]
