AddMovie 1.4.3 (Mac OS X)
I cannot even try a product that comes intentionally mislabeled. It is such an affront to the MacUser mentality. Although labeled as "Donationware", there is nothing in the description that suggest a limit on use until payment is made. Full disclosure or proper labeling is the only honorable way to go. Not only has this been the best scanner software for the Mac for years, it just gets better and better every update. Mr. Hamrick is the absolute best at responding to any troubleshooting that comes up, and definitely gives you your money's worth+++. Thank you sir!! Again!! [alert admin]

BootCD 0.5.2 (Mac OS X)
pre-10.2.4, my experience has been very good. I emailed Mr.Srstka with the problem and he emailed me back very quickly apologizing for the failure. He also assured me that he was working on it...when he could... so keep your expectant little eyes open. Good things come to those who wait. [alert admin]

Mail Forward X 1.1 (Mac OS X)
it, but mail.app gets my yahoo mail directly without any add ons to my system. It's all a matter of proper configuration. And that was free. [alert admin]

I believe that since I never know when I may wish to change/upgrade my printer, it's safer to always upgrade VueScan in the event of any unforeseen problems. Mr.Hamrick has always been incredibly responsive to my "issues"... so up-to-date is "up to you."

So you're sitting at home accessing the internet for free from someone else who had to pay 40 or 50 bucks for it. Do you really think Apple would openly condone you doing this? The door is already open...what more do you need- a piggyback ride to get through it???

It's unfortunate that you've had so much difficulty. I have used VueScan almost since it's beginnings. Mr. Hamrick has ALWAYS responded to my difficulties whenever I have had a problem making it function with whatever setup I have "upgraded" myself to. As well, I have never waited more than 24 hours to receive a reply from him containing just the solution I required. And sometimes... the problem was created by me, not his fine product.…

So you like the free lifetime upgrades? How many programs are offering that?? If it didn't work, you'd complain that it was broken. If he chooses to make it even better than before, you complain that it gets upgraded too often. I've gotten immediate responses to any problems I've had. He's the greatest. So if he thinks it can be improved, I'll keep on downloading it. Thank you Mr. Hamrick for making and improving a…
