Radium 1.0 (Mac OS X)
As a Sirius/XM subscriber, I have to say that this is a great app to have in my menubar. I could log into my XM account through the browser, of course, but this is always there, whatever I am doing on my computer. It is very easy to use. The streaming is just as good as if I were listening on my XM radio. So far, it is so simple to use, I have had no need for any documentation or support; just start typing in a channel number and it shows your choices. You then just point at the desired channel (complete with description, of course) and click and the streaming starts. If you need to see the title/artist information, you have to go up to the menubar and click on the icon; some people might desire to see this info in a crawl in the menubar, but I have too much up there already, so it isn't an issue for me. This is a must for any XM subscriber. [alert admin]

Seven Seas Deluxe 1.02 (Mac OS X)
I downloaded this because the title was intriguing. It is the old "Daleks" game re-vamped (and no sonic screwdriver). Not bad, but nothing I would pay money for. [alert admin]

Mail Factory 2.3 (Mac OS X)
I have downloaded this file, but when I open the disk image, I find a deinstaller and a readme file. The app is definitely a deinstaller. I don't know what to make of this! [alert admin]

Orthodox Icons Screen Saver 1.1 (Mac OS X)
A screensaver that requires a G4 to run? It's a screensaver, for crying out loud, not an RPG! [alert admin]

Why must it always be this way?
Same thing is happening to me: running 10.5.6 and MSO 12.1.5, and it says You cannot install Office 2008 12.1.7 Update on this volume. A version of the software required to install this update was not found on this volume. How the other people here got their copy to update is a mystery to me, as much as why some of us cannot. What a mess.
