OmniOutliner 3.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Not cheap, but worth the price 
OmniOutliner, at $40, isn't cheap. But it's well worth the investment - it's a great companion to a word processor, and I use it for all sorts of lists. I've never found another tool like it, so it was a no-brainer to pony up. [alert admin]

Airfoil 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I dunno why people are complaining about latency, when Rogue Ameoba makes it clear that this is a hardware issue (read the Frequently Asked Questions, people). Anyhow, I use this to listen to audio from RealPlayer (BBC streams, mainly) and it's perfect. If you want to watch video, it'll take work or not be possible, but for audio it's exactly what the Express was missing. It does what it says, and it does it well. Now I'm waiting for support for multiple Expresses. [alert admin]
