The installer insists that I quit the Dashboard Client. Sure, I could go into Activity Monitor and quit the five Dashboard Client processes listed there, but why should I have to? I'll stick with the older version (which didn't make such demands), thanks. [alert admin]

Can't get this one to shrink by clicking on the postmark the way the previous version did. Sorry, but my dashboard space is at a premium and this widget is huge without the shrink feature. [alert admin]

Transmission 0.80 (Mac OS X)
Unless my bandwidth has suddenly been upgraded by my ISP, Transmission is misreporting the download and upload speed of my torrents, and not by just a little. My max downstream bandwidth is just over 300KB/sec and I've got a torrent coming in now at 786KB/sec, according to Transmission. Similar problems with upstream speeds. [alert admin]

Used the standard Installer .pkg for the demo. Tried to launch the app and was told that the app hadn't been installed properly! WTF? This happened every time. Pretty bad when an Installer .pkg doesn't successfully install the app. [alert admin]

Apple AirPort Update 2006-002 (Mac OS X)
I had had high hopes that this would resolve the inability to connect issues between my brand new MacBook Pro (C2D) and my SMC2804WBRP-G router. No such luck. Same old problem: unable to connect to the network. The PowerBook has no problem with this router. Neither do the two Airport Expresses. Only the MacBook Pro cannot connect. [alert admin]

I'm with you 100%. I'm not paying this guy more for an upgrade than I paid for the original app just to have it work (in 32-bit mode, mind you) in Snow Leopard. Hao Li, stop being a greed head or watch your customers go over to Glims.

Declinging Useabilty disappoints...
I have the same problem: double-clicking in CoverFlow doesn't start the album in iTunes. Instead it seems to "add files" to iTunes for some reason... Except in the end it doesn't add anything...

I'm sorry to see you get defensive about it. Yes, I read all the helpfiles but I do not agree with you (and I'm your target customer if anyone is). The logic of the two windows is not at all obvious and the abbreviations are cryptic enough that one has to keep the help page that deciphers them open at all times.
