Don's Calorie Tracker 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)

I've tried every calorie-and-exercise tracking program for OS X I could find and none were as simple and useful as Don's. The food database is relatively small but the basics are there and I use a Web site or product boxes to find calorie information for the things that are missing.
I had a problem with the basal metabolic rate calculation in the first few days of use, but Don responded to my e-mail inquiry promptly and gave me tips for getting around the problem. This release (1.0.5) addresses that issue, though I haven't tested it myself.
The function that allows you to enter non-daily exercise really helped me see how exercise affects my base metabolism and how much I can (and should) eat in a day. I've followed the numbers the program gives me and in 28 days I've lost 11 pounds. I can't argue with results!
AWESOME support, and a great little program if you're losing or watching your weight the old-fashioned way -- it works!
