It appears that the PPC version playback problem, observed in version 1.0.0rc2, has been resolved. [alert admin]

uTorrent 0.9.1.1 (14940) (Mac OS X)
No Problems with uTorrent using PPC ![]()

This version appears to be the same as the one released by uTorrent on March 28, 2009. I am running 10.5.6 on a G5 iMac PPC and have had no problems with uTorrrent since version 0.9.1.1 was released. Although the VersionTracker specs indicate that this application works only on Intel based Macs, my own experience indicates otherwise. [alert admin]

PageSender 4.0 (Mac OS X)
Neither the developer's website nor the material provided by VersionTracker indicates that the upgrade to 4.0 cost $20.00. [alert admin]

I downloaded version 0.4, installed it, repaired permissions, and opened the application. This version responds exactly the same as did versions 0.3 and 0.3.1. IT DOES NOT WORK. (See my previous comments on version 0.3.1) [alert admin]

Fax Status 0.3.1 (Mac OS X)
I installed 0.3.1 on my iBook PowerPC 750 with OS 10.3.5 installed. Per the suggestion below, I repaired the permissions. Although the tiny telephone icon appeared in the menu bar when the application was opened, there was no change in the icon when the fax was being received nor when the transmission of the fax had been completed. I had previously installed version 0.3 and had obtained the same results. [alert admin]

LimeWire 4.0.3 (Mac OS 9)
Although Limewire version 4.0.2 would not connect as I indicated in my review on 5/19/04, the problems seems to have been resolved in version 4.0.3. This version connects normally, appears to be fully functional, and searches at a very reasonable speed. [alert admin]

LimeWire 4.0.2 (Mac OS 9)
Besides being very slow to open, once opened this version would not connect. I tried downloading again and reinstalling, but had no success. In the File pulldown menu, the "connect" was grayed out. I found a copy of Version 3.8.10 at the following URL and installed it. That version functions normally. http://www3.limewire.com/download/backup/LimeWireMac.bin [alert admin]

In a period of six minutes,,, bforsberg_dotmac wrote in four times to state that the equalizer does not work. Could it be that bforsberg did not click on the "enable" box on the equalizer. My equalizer is fully functional and the application works flawlessly.
