Mail.appetizer 1.2b4 (Mac OS X)
A workaround was posted to the Mail.appetizer mailing list yesterday. I don't have the message here on my work computer, but I believe the following is the correct procedure: 1. Ensure that Mail.app is not running. 2. Launch Terminal and enter these two commands: defaults write com.apple.mail EnableBundles 1 defaults write com.apple.mail BundleCompatibilityVersion 3 3. Move the Mail.appetizer bundle from the folder ~/Library/Mail/Bundles (Disabled) back to ~/Library/Mail/Bundles. 4. Launch Mail.app -- all should be well again. Hope this is right -- going from memory and using an XP machine at work so I can't verify. At worst it won't work but won't do any damage. :-) [alert admin]

How about support for Gallery?
Any plans to add support for Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/)? The plugin I've been using for years to export pics from iPhoto to Gallery finally broke with the 7.0.2 update and I don't know if or when it'll be updated. Looking for alternatives. [alert admin]

Dockyard 1.6.1 (Mac OS X)
This is a REALLY nice piece of software! Obviously it's been around for awhile but I'm just now coming to it after deciding my dock was just getting too crowded. Now I can separate out the docks by category and, better yet, access my commonly used apps right from the menu bar. Worth every penny and then some! :-D [alert admin]

TiVoDecode Manager 1.2.1 (Mac OS X)
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Works perfectly on both machines I've tested on. Absolutely perfect as far as I'm concerned. Where do I send the shareware fee? :-) [alert admin]

TiVoDecode Manager 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
1.1.1 is much closer to perfect! Still a couple wishlist items before I can give it the 5th star: * Select multiple shows to queue at one time instead of adding each show one by one * User-selectable download folder -- many of us have smaller boot partitions/drives and large (or even HUGE) secondary storage dedicated to media storage Thank you SO much and keep up the fine work! This is likely a documented TiVo software bug rather than a problem with TDM. I have several shows that absolutely refuse to download completely regardless of whether I use TDM, the web interface, or even curl on the command line via Terminal. They simply will not download. Pretty unfair to blame this software when it is quite possibly not the source of the problem.

The difference, of course, is that TiVo has to worry about DRM and licensing requirements, whereas this app (via tivodecode) simply removes the built-in DRM wrapper, intellectual property rights be damned. (And good for them, sez I!)

No. This only works with TiVo Series2 units, not other companies' DVRs. Sorry.

Easiest way is via Safari, which uses Bonjour to automatically find your TiVos. Turn on the Bonjour setting(s) in Preferences and look in the Bookmarks menu or the Bookmarks Bar (if you have it enabled). I think there's another post in this thread with a link to an article on this topic. I'm at a Windoze machine now and can't give exact instructions. Otherwise, if you know the IP address (found in the…

That's really strange, because it has worked perfectly for me on a G4 mini, a G4 Cube, and my wife's MacBook (Intel, obviously). (Perfectly, that is, my previous comments about the nonfunctioning queue notwithstanding.) Are you absolutely SURE nothing happens?

Just saw that after posting that comment. You update the software faster than I can comment on it! Just looking now for ability to select multiple files to queue. Also would be nice to be able to double-click a show or highlight and hit Enter to add it to the queue, but I have no idea how difficult that would be for you to accomplish. This is just freakin' awesome so…
