TimeLog 4.3.6 (Mac OS X)
First - I love love love this program. Now for the problem... In this new version (4.3.6) I've been unable to get it to round off to 15 minutes - it rounds to 5 minutes by default. I have the preferences set to 15 minutes. Have restarted the program. Have restarted the computer. Preferences still say "always round up to 15 minutes" but it continues to round off to 5 minutes. This led me to discover there is no support contact info on the mediaatelier.com website. Disappointed there - so I'm posting here for help or to report a possible bug in TimeLog 4. Any suggestions welcome... [alert admin]

MAMP PRO 1.7.1 (Mac OS X)
It says $49 here and on the MAMP website, but when you actually go to purchase it asks for $67.79. Strange... [alert admin]

Deja Vu 3.3b10 (Mac OS X)
Support completly unresponsive
I tried this program and like it a lot. It's super easy and works great. So, I tried to purchase it last week and have yet to receive any Registration Code. My emails to support have gone unanswered. The folks at kagi.com (the online store) have responded, but have no record of PayPal purchases. Stay away from purchasing this product! Try something else... Matthew [alert admin]

address-o-sync 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Great program! I had a little trouble with the first run, but followed the suggestions on the FAQ page and all wen well. I was expecting the groups to be copied from one to another - which it doesn't do. Not a big deal - just create matching groups before you sync. [alert admin]

Snail Mail 0.5.2 (Mac OS X)
Discovered that .png files seem to give the cleanest results when printing a logo in the return address field. After many attempts I couldn't get decent results with jpegs or gifs - so I thought I'd share... Great little app! Thanks! [alert admin]

Snail Mail 0.5.1 (Mac OS X)
This is quite the handy tool. Does what it says, and does it well. I wish there was a way to save multiple return addresses that include graphics/logos. (yes I know you can save one image, but multiple would be nice - maybe part of the saved envelope formats..?) But - cutting and pasting the images is easier than cutting, pasting, editing, reformatting addresses in my old MSWord template anyday! Highly recommended! [alert admin]

FaxCenter 1.3.2 (Mac OS X)
Ben.
Love your work. Been using this since eCocoafax.
This software could really benefit from a resend option after a fax fails to connect. It would be useful to be able to resend a fax that did not go through without sending the document again from the print menu - which means retyping the cover page note, etc. If there IS a resend option already, maybe you should put it in a more obvious place - I sure can't find it! ;-)
Also. (and this may just be me...) I'm still getting inconsistent results in the address book lookup. (folks with fax numbers aren't coming up - folks without are) Running 1.3.2 build 2.
Thanks again for your good work!

Cocoa eFax 1.1.1 build 7 (Mac OS X)
Ben. Your app is growing up. Read the review in Mac World and thought I remembered the old betas working better than they were describing. Downloaded the new version to try it out myself. Had some problems sending a multipage fax (would be nice if there were a RESEND or TRY AGAIN shortcut of some kind). Other than that, it works fine. Great for small jobs. Keeps getting better - and for the price you can't beat it... Keep up the good work! [alert admin]

Address550 0.2 (Mac OS X)
This looks like an app with lots of potential. But it was painfully slow when I tried to use it. I imported the data from Palm desktop into Address Book - I've got stuff everywhere - and wanted a tool to clean up the duplicates. This does exactly that - except the merge function left me sitting for over a minute for each and every entry. Was much faster to merge them by hand. I'm not going to give it a real rating here - just comments - it may be much more useful for the duplicate field problem within each entry. [alert admin]

OK - I found the feedback link on the mediaatelier.com site also serves at tech support requests. I heard back from the developer, Stefan Fürst, very quickly. Seems the rounding off is now done manually and the behavior is quite intentional.

Great product running on hard times...
I had this problem in TImeLog 3. Now in TimeLog 4 it causes iCal and TimeLog to freeze up if they are running at the same time. Have to forcequit iCal to bring TimeLog back to life...

Hey John. I've got elaborate return addresses too - there are a few of us sharing my home computer. Snailmail will save what you put in the background of the envelope for each profile - you can put text and/or images in the background. So I just hid the default return address area and put the return address in the envelope background with my desired logo. 1. set the return address bottom margin to 275 - so…

Upon further inspection... Merge isn't really a merge at all is it? Or am I missing something. It just erased all the information from one entry - basically just deleting one version of the duplicate entry. Am I doing something very wrong here?
