MassReplaceIt 2.9.1 (Mac OS X)
This specialized program does the trick very well. The ability to use regular expressions is a huge plus. I should say one can use it well for finds as well as find-and-replaces (just click "stop" after the "replace" shows which files would be affected). The author was also very responsive to a support/feature request I had. [alert admin]

Search Lyrictracker 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I just installed the script, using its installer, and tried following the directions, but when coming to the second step (after running the installer), I noticed that there was no "Scripts" folder inside the ~/Library/iTunes/ folder and I could not create one there either, because the script apparently created a file there with the same name. Any solutions or fixes? [alert admin]

MailTicker 0.5.2 (Mac OS X)
I'd like to see the option to turn the ticker entirely off (but allow for the red flag of new messages to be updated as well as keep the sound if the user wishes) without having to manually stop the ticker. Also, within Entourage at least, when I go to get new mail, the menu disappears unless I then go to the Finder. It'd be nice to be able to have the new messages be accessible from the menu bar (without having to go into submenus) and it'd also be nice to have the option to automatically reset the messages counter if one visits the mail in question. If these changes could be made, this would be, i think, a nice implementation of a long-awaiting feature. [alert admin]

Fidget Menu 1.2b5 (Mac OS X)
I think it'd be nice for the screenshots at the developer's site to include a display of how the email feature works, since this is not as common a feature as launchers. [alert admin]

EntourageTicker 1.1 (Mac OS X)
How is this different from the Notification feature (customizable in the preferences) in Entourage (at least in Entourage 2004)? [alert admin]

Subscriber 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
This program is great! I found it especially useful for monitoring search results pages to keep track of new items added at websites of interest... [alert admin]

SearchGoogle.service 4 (Mac OS X)
I don't know how to define a context or choose what URL the context applies to...Does this mean one can customize one's search engines instead of (or in addition to) Google, etc.? Can one customize the key commands somehow too? I'd really be interested to use this for my own customized searches of different search sites. [alert admin]

Bean Counter 1.3 (Mac OS X)
I don't think most people want to use binary (or grow themselves extra fingers either)...I personally don't have a use for it, but it's a nice concept, particularly the extra tally and progressive counting are nice, straightforward items. One problem I had though (using 10.3) was that "add 10" and "add 100" on the bean counter weren't working at all. [alert admin]
