Microsoft Virtual PC 7.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I installed the 7.0.3 update with no problems at all. Only required a minute or two to install the upgrade. I've used Virtual PC off and on for a few years to run Visio. I've used it on a G4, but for the past few years I use it on my G5. Visio's a pretty heavy duty program and I've never had a problem running it with Virtual PC. Sure it's a little slow, but not enough to frustrate the average person. It takes 12 seconds for me to start Virtual PC (I timed it today). Thats much faster than I could boot a PC. It starts this fast because you can save the state of your "PC" when you shut-down and avoid the boot process. I have a Macbook now (Dual Core) and could use bootcamp on it, but why take up the space on the HD for just one application when Virtual PC works fine on the G5. [alert admin]

We have several apple iDVD movies we've burned over the years and no longer had the project files. They just eat too much space. We wanted to convert the VIDEO_TS folder on our dvds to a file that we could input into iMovie again so we could access and edit our old movie clips. I’ve tried using OpenShiiva, but the file created didn't preserve the audio. MPEG2 Works 4 was able to solve my problem by converting my VIDEO_TS movies into Quicktime movie format (with sound), which I can easily import into iMovie. This program can do MUCH more than I've described, but worth the price for just this one application. [alert admin]

unbelievable... running 10.2.1 on a 867 MHz G4... much quicker than any other browser I've tried. They're doing a great job developing this browser, the rendering is excellent and the Keychain (password) support actually works (I never have been able to get this to work using IE). I changed my default to Navigator last night! BTW - I am surprised to hear people ask for one button mouse support? I would have bet that Steve Jobs was the only person still using that antiquated technology. mouse? [alert admin]

Meteorologist 1.1.6 (Mac OS X)
great little application that gets better with every release. I can't get short city names to stick after I edit the list, but the rest of the new features seem to work fine. Looks like some really cool functionality is planned for future releases. [alert admin]

MTH will pull your video (including audio) off your dvd and create a VIDEO_TS folder. You can use Toast or a similar program to manipulate. Hope this answers your question.

I started having exactly the same problem with my m515. The system acts as though the Palm cable's not plugged in to the system. My last sync was Feb 25. I have always synced with Entourage without a problem. I tried everything including reloading the palm desktop and Entourage conduit with no success. Next I tried using Missing Sync which didn't work either. Tried a "Hard Reset" on the…
