It's a DEMO with an expiration date ... look at the developers site for yourself. The Dev is lying and the lazy twits at VT aren't bothering to check the facts! How do we know if VT is even checking for Viruses and Malware if they dont' even bother checking if what's labeled as free is really not!?? One star for lying for the Dev and 0 stars for Version Tracker. [alert admin]

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 8.0.148a1332 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
AVG 8.0.1x "free" SUCKS now, Constant Crashes during manual scans ... ![]()

You know, this used to be a great AVG and free to boot. Now they've really fracked it up somehow, maybe because it's become bloatware with too many cutsy features. For us, it consistently crashes EVERY TIME we did a manual system scan on four different XP SP2 PCs (after that we didn't dare try it on our 10 Vista PCs) We've switched to Avast Free on notebooks and the new McAfee suite on our workstations (NEVER any problems with either) Adios AVG, you were good once, not RIP. Yeah this is the President Obama Countdown to the end of America as a religious free country after Osama Hussein Obama's Muslem buddies take over and all of you are praying to the East 5 times a day. He'll backrupt America like his soul brother Osama promissed in the 90's (that's a fact my friends, research it) when Obama and his socialist Democrat brothers raise your taxes so high and starves us of American drilled oil and you are living in the streets. Oh yeah, this software is buggy crap too. Spinning Beach Ball all the time, just like Obama's constant BS Spin. [alert admin]

Flock 1.1.2 (Mac OS X)
Flock is a flocking piece of crap. Amazing since is nothing more than a port of Firefox! ![]()

But the dweebs at Flock have managed to completely screw up a Firefox port by loading it with useless pork features and bloatscripts so that it is unreliable and the Sloooooooowest browser (both Mac and PC) around! It's EVEN worse than iCab (iCrap) and Opera. Stay away from this garbage browser, it's too frustrating to use and it just gobbles up but HD space and system resources when running (till it crashes - tested on 10 different Macs with 10.3.x thru 10.5.x) If you want a very fast browser go Camino, if you want a great browser that you can customize go Firefox .... Safari?, go straight to the garbage can with Flock. [alert admin]

Thanks Bill, Wow! Cool to hear from the publisher! While Apple "FAN-atcis" seem to think that they know EVERYTHING, and that their beloved buggy OS does EVERYTHING (perhaps in their cozy little home Net) it doesn't in a real-world business environment (and I don't like having to defend what I do and know from that angle and a living). DAVE does what a business needs; if you don't want to buy it, that's YOUR "business".…
