neveredit 0.8.2b1 (Mac OS X)

Hello, I'm posting this here in hopes that someone here can provide the answer (there seems to be no place on the NeverEdit homepage where I can ask this question - perhaps you should add a forum on source forge for your program). Anyways, I'm running on Panther not Tiger and NeverEdit does not run on Panther. Previous versions do. All I want to do is install PRC into NWN however, I have no freakin' clue how to do this - esspecially with an older version of NeverEdit. So... does anyone here know which version of NeverEdit is the latest that will still work on Panther. Also can someone perhaps explain how to install PRC with said version of NeverEdit.
