XO Wave 0.17.1b (Mac OS X)
Although XO Wave only officially support OS X 10.4, XO Wave author Bjorn Roche posted some tips on using XO Wave on OS X 10.3 here and some tips on working with XO Wave while it is still beta here. [alert admin]

Sorry about the trouble -- this is definately still beta software. The reason your error looks like a java error is simply because Java was last in the chain of events that reported your error. Most likely this has something to do with your audio hardware, but there's no way to know for sure.
