iCab X 2.9.1 (Mac OS X)
a 68k Mac, then iCab can't be beat. If you're using a newer Mac (and you probably are), use Chimera/Camino, Safari, or Mozilla. (note that Mozilla is the only one of these that runs in OS 9) This app doesn't even offer decent CSS or JavaScript support. What a POS! [alert admin]

SoundApp 2.7.3 (Mac OS 9)
for not being OS X-native. I will give it a proper five-star rating when an OS X version comes out. Until then, this app is worthless to me. [alert admin]

of smart playlists: With email, you can create a filter that automatically moves emails into the appropriate based on the email's content- as soon as it's recieved. Smart playlist are like to email filters for your music. Songs containing certain content can be automatically be put into certain playlists as soon as they are added. They're really useful, IMO. me yet again. I just created a smart playlist that contains all songs whose comments contain "Christmas song". Whenever I add any new Christmas songs, they are put into this playlist- on the fly. Come Christmas time, I'll be able to listen to all the songs by themselves! I love it! No problems of any kind! one star off for no .mp4 support. [alert admin]

a much easier way. After the update installs (if Software Update "unexpectedly quits, on the other hand, give your Mac about a minute), launch Script Editor. In OS X, choose Script Editor->About AppleScript. In OS 9 (or earlier), choose About AppleScript from the Apple menu. If it says 1.8.3, the update was successful. [alert admin]
