1Password 2.9.19 (Mac OS X)
After doing a dreaded hard drive format, I reinstalled 1Password, but could not get the program to open. I tried all the things I knew to do from years of experience in using computers, but nothing worked. I was certain of my master password, but the program would not recognize it. Finally I contacted the support team. I was amazed and appreciative that they responded in only a few hours. Over a two day time they stuck with me until I discovered the whole thing was my fault in inadvertently having the caps lock on when I reinstalled the program. It's the little things that get you! The team at 1Password stuck with me until I humbly admitted it was my problem. I have not had better support services from any software company. B King [alert admin]
