Uplink 1.3.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Uplink is seriously awesome. Simple to learn, hard to master, long, in-depth, well thought out, addictive, and mega-fun! Buy this now! It's the best $25 you'll have spent in a long time. [alert admin]

Apple iTunes 4.0.1 (Mac OS X)
This is fantastic. It fixes the volume fluctuation bug! To everyone that is complaining about the lack of remote connect now: this is what you get when you have software like iSuck and iBug. What did you expect? [alert admin]

do we get automatic bookmark checking, state-saving of on-the-fly spellcheck, etc? Only four stars until then. Tabs are great, but we want the rest. Please, Apple? :-) [alert admin]

on 10.2.3, but could not get it to to work. Dropping an AIFF onto the window, set to convert to WAV, did nothing -- the file never appeared anywhere. Some sort of status bar and/or program feedback is absolutely needed. Numerous other problems: the program has a plugin icon (big no-no), the interface is virtually unlabeled, the help is lackluster at best, grammar problems abound... The list goes on. I think we need a program that performs as this one promises to, so I'm not giving it 1 star. I await future releases. [alert admin]
