Iris 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Still a good way to go...  

I like the UI. But Iris still has a lot of problems. In contrast to my former poster I don't think a version 1.0 should have so many issues. Gradient fill didn't work for me at all on small images. Cursor symbol is not correct on some operations. Colors cannot be saved. It also is still quite unstable. I had one crash in 5 minutes of playing around. No support page/forum, nothing for Iris. I really hope that many things will be improved real soon for all the people that bought a copy. [alert admin]

Now its buggy  

This is due to the Safari 3.1.1 update. This affects all version of MacSword actually.

A step backwards  

It would help us if you could file bug reports so we can take care of those. None of your bugs occured during our testing on our machines. So if you could give some more information in the bug tracker on the SourceForge page would be really good. Regards, Manfred

If that was your eMail that I received, then I have answered already. This only happens when using Camino. At least I only have reports for that. When using Camino the .gz format isn't recognized correctly. I'll setup an alternative download using a .zip archiv. Regards, Manfred
