PulpMotion 1.2.5 (Mac OS X)
The current update gets stuck at launch showing two progress bars that say "preparing", and the cancel button does not work. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same problem. Still waiting on a response (two emails) from customer service. This is the second French software outfit that I have had problems with and cannot get a response from. A trend perhaps? [alert admin]

Apple Safari 3.0b (Mac OS X)
Works fine on my iMac g5 and my iBook. The Windows version works fine under Parallels as well. I also appreciate the new warning if you are about to close multiple tabs. The Mac version seems to support editing functions better when composing new posts in Blogger (though for now, the upload image icon does not seem to work). [alert admin]

Fairies 1.0 (Mac OS X)
The game itself is enjoyable for some people. I bought it for a friend and she enjoyed it, except that it constantly freezes. The real problem is with the fact that this company has a serious bug in the original version that they charge to fix. If the new version is fixed. I have no intention of paying them more to find out. Their website gives the illusion that you will have some sort of customer service available to you if you buy. You will not! They never respond. This borders on fraud, in my opinion, because a reasonable person would feel they are misrepresenting their services. Perhaps some State's Attorneys General might want to check that out. CopyPaste + yType 2.7.5 (Mac OS X)
I have used and liked this program for some time. At some point in the upgrade process, I don't know exactly what version, I have been experiencing a problem that makes this program unusable for me now. At various times I thought I had it resolved but the problem reappears. What happens is that CP starts using a very large amount of processor cycles, the computer temperature (iMac G5) rises and CP locks up and I have to force quit it. I have contacted the publisher through their website at least three times about this and have not received a response. I have since given up on them and switched to iClip. It works fine but is missing some features that I really liked about CP. [alert admin]

I would have no problem paying for an upgrade if it was more than a maintenance release, as this appears to be. Especially not the $20 requested. Probably reasonable for the offer to update to the full version for that price, but I do not need the full version. Guess I will stay at the current release level.

I found what what causing the problem. By deleting the file Documents.plist located in ~/Movies/Pulpmotion/ the problem disappeared.

DON'T USE SAFARI ENHANCER WITH SAFARI 3.0b UNTIL THEY UPDATE SAFARI ENHANCER
