Perfect Pitch 1.1 (Mac OS X)
I had more then one shareware tuner that I had paid for but I tossed them all! This one actually functions, most others just play notes and make you match by ear. You'd pay good money at music store for a box that tunes like this one. This is one piece of freeware I'll probably even pay for. [alert admin]

Apple GarageBand Jam Pack 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Very cool, and a great deal as well, tons more cool instruments and a killer selection of loops. One thing missing though, No Banjo software instruments and not many banjo loops. I if someone has figured out a way to make a guitar sound like a banjo using the effects let me know. [alert admin]
