TransparentDock 2.3.9 (Mac OS X)

Update?

I always seem to jump on the updates only to then realize how much I miss TD. This time I'll wait for the TD update before I end up with the default Dock-box with the huge bulbous shaded type. [alert admin]

TransparentDock 2.3.8 (Mac OS X)

So how broken is it?

It's been over a week since OSX was upgraded. Do the system updates break TD that much? [alert admin]

UNO 1.3 (Mac OS X)

The 7zX idea.

Great. We have to download a new app to unzip? And then that doesn't work. Bring back the simple disc image for petes sake. [alert admin]

Path Finder 4.1 (Mac OS X)

Crashing

PF is one of the most stable apps around. If it's crashing there's a conflict with something you're running. Email the developer, or go to the Cocoatech forum to figure out the probelm. [alert admin]

Indespensable

Couldn't work without it. Puts the Finder to shame. [alert admin]

Question

So what's the difference using this and what's available in the Sytem Prefs for adjusting? [alert admin]

Now Up-to-Date & Contact 5.0.3 (Mac OS X)

Correction

You are correct. I mis-spoke about addressbook syncing. That has been around. What I meant to ask was for a way to get my NUD calendar file to iCal. On the NOW site they say it is not possible. [alert admin]

Now Up-to-Date & Contact 5.0.3 (Mac OS X)

Yuch

I've used NUD for years and even before when it was Touchbase. But this version is just so bad. It's almost as if the developers have made a concerted effort to ignore the advances in what OSX has to offer both in content and GUI. Luckily for what I need 4.5 still works for me in Tiger. Anyway to export NUD contacts to Addressbook? [alert admin]

Unfair??

Agreed. I paid after the last system update just to show support. Maybe he would know people cared?

doesnt work with 10.4.8

I agree. I wish this app didn't break with every upgrade or at least if the break were small we could fix it ourselves.
