Apple iTunes 9.0.2 (Mac OS X)
I have a G4 17" flat screen running on 10.4.11. I won't go to Leopard because I believe it was designed for more modern machines and judging from what I've read I'm glad. Now for Itunes. I don't know what Apple is thinking by forcing us consumers to be guinea pigs for their buggy software in their single largest attraction and application. Dear Apple what you are doing is dumb. All your customer service agents are told to lie about any app that has a lot of problems and they all claim to have NEVER heard one complaint re: itunes 9.0.2. Yet it seems like everyone is having problems I know I wish I had stayed with the old itunes. Now I hear that the itunes will not allow one access unless they had downloaded the buggy 9 itunes. So has anyone figured out how to fix the bugs w/out downloading the latest buggy version that seems only for itv which I don't have. [alert admin]

I always have my brother download any software updates unless they are ONLY a small security update. He too suffered a hosing. I am in agreement with your sentiments and urge Apple to cease using it's customers as product testers. Also when there is a sizable system download like the latest Safari fiasco they ought to at least be prompt and upfront about problems stopping others from damaging their system. I can't believe anyone else on the globe still uses OS9. OSX is far superior the Mail has been seriously upgraded to an actual application you prefer after the few dark years of poor Mail service. There is a lot more. You seem to be reluctant to regularly update your machine. Those days are gone, you have to update in order to patch all the fixes and upgrade security. Maybe I just got to Firefox late in the game. I have never been impressed with it at all. I can't enlarge the text, it's slow, and I don't know where my bookmarks go when I add one. Will someone respond to this post. I'm confused. My dock is clear and floating and never have I seen the Leopard design. I ordered the actual cd. I was sent one that was rejected and ejected by my imac and ibook. I was asked by Allume corporate to send them the cd since for some strange reason they didn't have one but were more than aware of problems.
