FStream 1.4.2 (Mac OS X)
After installing the last update 1.4.1, I lost all of my Shout Cast stations. A few came back after a couple of restarts of the application but not all. Any fix for this? [alert admin]

Most issue filled application on any PC
Quark will never get it. Transparency has been a part of print production for what 5 years + now and still no way to export it unflattened from Quark. Maybe by version 20 they will wake up, if they last that long... [alert admin]

Current registered users beware. Make sure you have your registration number handy before you download and install this update! I didn't can't find it and now the older registered version no longer works. I emailed Mark so he's aware of this and am waiting on an answer now. [alert admin]

FStream 1.3.4 (Mac OS X)
Full screen still needs some work
OK this fix makes full screen better but I still can't read long song names, and the radio station names all still get cut off. I increased my screen res but can you make the font smaller? Perhaps a user option to change the font size? Minor carping tho as this app rocks! [alert admin]

Apple Security Update 2007-009 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Every time Apple comes out with an OS update, or one of these security updates I see many posts by people with issues. I currently maintain 4 Macs at work and two at home and have never had an issue with any of them. This update included. Perhaps if those with issues learned to keep their systems clean, by repairing permissions and running fsck -fy in single user mode once in a while, they too would enjoy running OSX without problems. If you don't like Quark, WHY ARE YOU HERE?
Some people are forced to use this application because we work in prepress. That means we have to take jobs made in Quark and output those files to print on film or printing plates. Quark use to be THE application to use. But since version 7 added the ability to use transparency and no way to export it as live transparency, the program has been nothing but trouble. "I don't have the room for an archive install so I'll wing it." That may be the root of your problem. Just how much free space do you have? Anything less than 20% from what I've seen using OSX is just asking for problems. I always keep free space at no less than 50% on my hard drives so that may be why I've been so "lucky" as you put it.

Adobe restricting designers to work productively
You have to update the ".inx" (InDesign Interchange) extension in CS1 and CS2 for it to work. Should be able to do that from the applications under help in the file menu.

Isn't this already built into the application?
Why would you want to convert jpegs to tifs? Converting them to tif files doesn't improve them in any way. The only time I ever bother changing file format is if I need to make modifications such as color correction or image size to the files.
