Mac HelpMate 2.5 (Mac OS X)
Great freeware, but even better for Apple Consultants
Mac Helpmate's free features are excellent, and, who can argue with free? But, I use the paid subscription portion of the app almost every day to help me address issues with my clients. Pays for itself in gas alone, let alone how clients love when they can get me to login to their computers in just a few clicks. [alert admin]
