Disappointing Customer Service
As a paying customer it doesn't seem like it's a big stretch to expect an answer when I ask when I can expect the product to work with the latest Mac OS. (Cut and Paste your email reply, Unsanity - better yet, spend 5 minutes once every week or so, while you are having your AM coffee, to update the product page with your progress) If Unsanity is too busy to update/address their customers - then perhaps they don't deserve them. Upshot: Apple needs to rework this feature back into the OS/GUI. [alert admin]
