MPEG2Works 3.5.4 (Mac OS X)
Used this to convert between PAL and NTSC DVDs. Couldn't say it was exactly fast, but the support was absolutely first-rate. Had some problems (seems this conversion is far-from-simple), but thanks to the support these could be overcome. Plus I learnt alot about DVD basics. Pretty sophisticated software for the price, and support on top of that... [alert admin]
