Symantec Norton AntiVirus Virus Definition 12/12/2007 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Norton Retail WONT work with VISTA, Corporate WILL WHY? 
Norton Retail supplied with Vista Retail (premium) just keeping hammering the disk drive. Symantec is silent. I took this off and put on the Corporate version and this works!, but of course this is not licensed, so I took it off!. I have tried AVG Personal (free) works fine and so does the Business version. Come on Symantec stop hiding behind the statement" Microsoft would give us the code to allow the codes to run our scanner efficently". The other products on the market work. Microsoft recommend AVG as well as Norton Symantec. Why not fix the retail version and make it run in background on Vista like Corporate version and other peoples products. [alert admin]
