Apple Bluetooth firmware 1.2.0 (Mac OS X)

finally!

i've been trying to use my MacMice BT 2-button mouse for over a month, now... i've tried everything under the sun, and even had it packed up to ship back with and RMA... i saw this firmware updater today and decided to give it a try... NOW MY GORGEOUS 2-button bluetooth mouse from macmice is working!! i have hopes that i'll be keeping this mouse, now! re: the "universality".. it just means that the dlink bluetooth module won't work on windows systems after its firmware is upgraded.. probably because windows drivers won't recognize it... the firmware upgrade actually FIXED the use of my MacMice (non-apple) mouse! SETI Menu 6.2 (Mac OS X)

doesn't stop the clients...

i've noticed that when i select stop from the menu, the clients are indicated as stoped, but i can see that they are still running full blast in top. can anyone else verfy this? [alert admin]

woohoo!

excellent. so many times, these kinds of updates don't produce real, measurable results.. this does NOT fall into that category.. the isight now produces good-quality video in my low-light office. prior to the update it was grainy and bluish.. now it's just excellent! [alert admin]

phpMyAdmin 2.5.2 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

Best MySQL Tool I Know of

PMA (phpMyAdmin) is simply the best tool for managing a MySQL database. It's developers are truly at the forefront of the open source wave showing that when people truly care about the product they build -- magic happens. And as for the feature release schedules -- every month is like Christmas with a new release to explore. Sometimes I even download the nightly builds just to see what they're up to. [alert admin]

VersionTracker 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

shows promise...

the new product page design shows promise.. the top of the page feels unfinished...with that large expanse of white. feels like it's missing some blue, or something. i REALLY like the integration of the versiontracker pro info for the product. stating "your version.." etc. (has that always been there?) i like being able to select past versions of software (how many times have you tried a beta version and wanted to go back to the stable (or earlier) release but had to search around for it?) i don't like that the comments/feedback seem to be version specific. that's cumbersome. how about including the first (latest) 3 - 5 comments/feedback on the product info page so you don't have to click on feedback to see if there is any (good) feedback? it's also a little slow.. but i expect that will be fixed as you work out some of the bugs.. other than that, great direction! keep it up. nice update.. i've…

been using fire for over a year, now. the only glaring problem i see in this is that the buddy list column sizes can't be changed. the column for the buddy name is way too narrow for the buddy names. the status column is huge. if i resize the window (width) several times, the buddy column actually gets more narrow.
